Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation whilst you remain awake and aware. Unlike physical yoga, you simply lie down comfortably and follow my voice as I guide you through a systematic journey of body awareness, breath and deep relaxation. A single 30-minute session can feel as restorative as several hours of sleep.
